Applied only to the photos you choose. Every restored photo gets AI-powered color correction and restoration (approx. 200 DPI equivalent, lower than standard digitizing since the AI process prioritizes clarity and color over fine detail, ideal for screens and digital frames). Includes cropping refinement, color and fade correction, sharpening for faces and key details, and colorization for black-and-white photos on request. Billed per photo selected.
Culling down to your top 200-250 photos, full digitizing, plus a 10.1" WiFi touchscreen digital photo frame (16GB, auto-rotate, wall-mountable), preloaded and ready to display. PRICED BY TIME
This work is conversational and varies session to session, so it's billed hourly rather than by box or photo.
$129 for your first box (approx. 400-500 loose photos, roughly a standard shoebox), $99 for each additional box in the same visit. Digitized at approx. 300 DPI equivalent and delivered on a USB drive plus a private cloud link (available 90 days). Includes standard automatic cropping and color balancing, no manual editing or repair. Great for screens, digital frames, and sharing (not intended for large-format prints or professional reproduction). No size limit, oversized boxes or albums are simply counted as more than one box. One week turnaround.

You know the price before we start, based on the box or the photos you select.
Identification & Captioning — $45/hr
We sit with you and your photos, noting who's in each one along with the date and place, so every photo is clearly identified. Before we start, we'll ask how deep you'd like to go: a straightforward pass noting names, dates, and places, or extra time to hear the fuller stories behind your favorites. When you choose to go deeper, we record the conversation and provide the audio file (and transcript) to you, useful now and especially if you want legacy writing later. Both are billed at the same hourly rate, you're only paying for the time it takes. Covers both the in-person session and the at-home work to finish captioning. Most families spend 2-3 hours for a straightforward pass on a full box (roughly $90-135); going deeper into stories takes longer.
HOW WE ESTIMATE & BILL
Culling is priced by the box, using our estimate of your original collection at pickup (a standard shoebox of loose prints runs roughly 400-500 photos): $25 per box. Once culling is complete and you've approved the final set, digitizing is priced using that same box-based rate, but calculated from the exact, confirmed count of approved photos rather than the original estimate, so you're only paying digitizing cost for what actually gets scanned. If you skip culling and want a full box digitized as-is, digitizing is simply priced by the box you hand us: $129 for the first box, $99 for each additional box in the same visit. Enhancement & Restoration is always billed per photo, only for the images you individually select.
SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL
We serve both the San Antonio and Dallas areas. Pickup and drop-off is free within San Antonio (78253) and the Frisco / McKinney / Plano area. Outside that area, we have a mileage fee of $1.00/mile each way, up to about an hour's drive. Beyond that, we can still help, just give us a call. To keep visits efficient, standard pricing requires at least two boxes per pickup; single-box visits are welcome with a $40 pickup/drop-off fee added.
